Performance of Services: Photographer agrees to take photos per Client's request, allowing for artistic expression. Photographer agrees to create high quality photographs and will use professional editing to edit digital images to represent photographer's artistic style. Photographer agrees to provide access to a digital album with the images within 14 days of session date unless otherwise stated.

Deposit, Rescheduling and Cancellation: At the time of booking, a deposit fee of $50.00 shall be paid to Photographer. This deposit goes toward the total cost of the photoshoot and is non-refundable. If Photographer is unable to appear at the agreed upon location, date and time the deposit fee will be refunded to Client. Booking allows for one reschedule opportunity if the date and time need to be adjusted due to emergency or extreme weather conditions. If a second reschedule attempt is necessary a separate, non-refundable deposit of $50.00 must be paid to Photographer by Client at that time and is separate from the total cost of the originally agreed upon session.

Payment: Final payment is due in full by the date of the photo session. Nettik Photography does not begin the editing process until the full payment has been received. Tips are appreciated but not required! Nettik Photography accepts payment by cash, check, Venmo or Paypal. If payment is sent via Venmo or Paypal, please send to the handle @nettik or use the mobile number listed above.

Media Release: Photographer retains copyright to photographs and is authorized to share photos from this session to their website, portfolio, Publications and social media as they wish. Client is granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce or share photographs.

 

Editing and Image Archive: Client understands that the photos will be delivered via a Digital Album online and agrees to download their digital album in a timely manner. Client understands that the digital album may be inaccessible after one month. At that time a request must be put in for the photographer to re-create a digital album for download purposes. Fees may apply. Client understands that only one request may be made for additional image editing within 24 hours of the digital album delivery. Image editing and adjustments past that point can be requested for a fee of $15.00 per photo. Client understands that they may request all digital RAW files for a fee of $230.00.

Location Costs: Client understands agrees to compensate Photographer for any costs during the photoshoot including (but not limited to) parking fees and permit fees.

Outdoor Safety: Client understands that sometimes we may explore off of designated trails to achieve certain photos and that if they are uncomfortable at any time they will verbalize their concerns so that the Photographer can guide them back to designated trails or locations. Client understands that in the unlikely circumstance of an injury within their party Nettik Photography is not responsible for any damages.
